Our Staff

 

Bro. Keith Maddox - Director

  
        After twenty-four years of service to churches in Texas and Louisiana, Bro. Keith began as director in March 2007. He is a graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and a native of Odessa, Texas. He and his wife, Monica, have two children, Kristin and Kevin and two grandchildren. Additionally, Bro. Keith has experience in financial services and business management. He is a member of West St. Charles Baptist in Boutte, Louisiana where he served for 10 years as Associate Pastor before coming to Living Waters.
 

David Wasson - Assistant Director - Facilities and Maintenance

 
       David began as Facilities and Maintenance Director in March 2007. David and his wife, Jane, came to Camp Living Waters from Buras, La. after Hurricane Katrina. A native of Oak Grove, Louisiana, they have two children, Heather and Gabrielle, and five grandchildren. David brings a wealth of knowledge and resourcefulness from a career in the automotive and oil industry to the ministry at Living Waters. David is a member of Loranger Baptist Church and is serving as a Deacon. 
 

Ed Herring - Assistant Director - Programming

  
        A native of Natchez, Mississippi, Ed has served Camp Living Waters as Assistant Director of Programming since November 2012. He is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and is pursuing a Master of Divinity in Christian Education from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ed has served churches in Louisiana, Texas and Tennessee in youth and music ministry. He is currently on staff with Red Bluff Baptist Church of Folsom, LA serving as Assoc. Pastor of Music. Ed and his wife Melissa have two sons, Nicholas (14) and Samuel (5).
 

Jane Wasson - Administrative Assistant

 
       Jane began as Administrative Assistant in March 2007. Jane is married to our Facilities and Maintenance Director David. Also from Oak Grove, Louisiana, Jane served as a church secretary and is a certified florist. She is a member of Loranger Baptist Church.

Lesley Lowman - Reservations & Customer Service

 
      Lesley began as Reservations and Customer service representitive in October 2012. Lesley is a graduate of Baylor University and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and is currently attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary as a counseling major. Lesley served 4 years with the International Mission Board as a missionary to Africa. She has also served in childrens Ministry at churches in Texas, Tennesee, Alabama and Louisiana. Lesley is a member of Woodlawn Baptist in Baton Rouge and helps in the childrens ministry.
   

Monica Maddox - Camp Hostess/Volunteer Coordinator

 
      Monica volunteers as our camp hostess and volunteer coordinator. Actually, Monica is married to our Director, Keith and does all the things he can't get to. They have two children, Kristin and Kevin and two grandchildren. Monica is a graduate of Odessa College. Monica has experience in secretarial/office management and elementary and secondary education. Monica is a member at West St. Charles Baptist Church in Boutte, LA where she served in music and missions.
